About Us

Why Precision?

If you had a contractor pour concrete, you would expect to have crisp, straight lines yielding a high-quality outcome.  Most of us would be disappointed if the job was not up to our expectations.  Healthcare is highly similar in that high-quality outcomes are vital.  Here at Precision Family Medicine & Aesthetics, we strive to provide these outcomes that our patients can be proud of because they deserve the best.  We are grateful and humbled that you trust us with your health and your family’s.  We consider it a sacred opportunity to partner with you individually in your health.

Meet our Providers

Bradley Radford FNP-bc

Brad is Family Nurse Practitioner that takes pride in great detail and precision work with his patient's health.   He brings nine years of nurse and provider experience with the majority in the ICU at EIRMC as an RN.  Brad enjoyed treating critically ill patients recovering from various illnesses in the ICU, usually requiring life support in most cases, including being on the ventilator with critical medication drips requiring meticulous monitoring and titration.  He enjoyed working closely with the interdisciplinary team including many specialists working together to treat these patients and get them home to their families.  He continues to use these trusted providers in their specialties when interdisciplinary treatment is warranted for patients.

Brad graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint with a Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner in August 2020 and started working as a Nurse Practitioner after that.  As a native of South Eastern Idaho, Brad is passionate about residing outdoors, making him enjoy snowboarding, sledding, and hunting.  His favorite activity outside of caring for people is cutting and smoking meats.  Brad was a professional meat cutter for ten years before he decided to go back to school. He enjoys educating patients about their unique healthcare needs and helping with pharmacotherapy for various needs.   Brad takes pride in a job well done, which is vital to him while serving as a Nurse Practitioner.  In Brad’s perfect world, he would treat patients while smoking brisket for the upcoming family and friend feast.

Lynne Trauntvein FNP-c

Lynne Trauntvein, FNP-c, grew up in northern Utah in a large, close-knit family. She started her college education at Utah State University where she studied elementary education, even though she always wanted to be a nurse.
When she moved to Idaho Falls in 1987, she discovered that Idaho State University had an awesome nursing program so she started her nursing education as a “late bloomer.” She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2005 then worked as an RN until she finished her master’s degree in family nurse practitioner studies in 2012.
Lynne loves being a nurse practitioner and her experience encompasses public health, hospital nursing, mental health, and family medicine. She enjoys helping patients navigate health challenges, both physical and mental, and improving their quality of life. Lynne truly believes that effective healthcare helps patients make the best choices for themselves, contributing to healthy families and healthy communities.
Lynne is married and has four children, and a multitude of dogs, cats, and chickens. She enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, gardening, music, and learning about the benefits of healthy living. She is excited to join the team at Precision Family Medicine & Aesthetics.
